Dose anyone know why they wrote this song ??
I heard because Ronnie grew up with out a mom and only a dad but i am not sure??
The song was written about how Ronnie's mom left when he was very young and his dad was left to raise him and his siblings.
i like this song. every time i hear it its like i can feel the pain of the person that wrote it.

Awesome song. Yeah it's basically about how his Mom left when they were really young and she never knew that he could sing or that he had any of the talent that he had. Pretty much how she did drugs and didn't care for them anymore.

when ronnie sings this song, you feel exactly what he feels, its so moving it makes you want to cry, or in my case it makes you feel like you have no idea what emotion to use.

Well that's a sad song basically and not a beautiful song. A similar song would be Godspeed by The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus. The songs have the same meaning but from a different prospective.I guess you would need to tie the two songs together and that's easy.
