We aren't fighting, this is an argument. I can respect him/her and I don't have any hard feelings towards him/her but I do want to defend my argument.

So many people get too afraid that an argument will turn into a flame war. I have no intention of flaming ThatDarnBandit, because he/she obviously know's what he/she's doing and I like that. I'm just having a good argument, no harm meant.

If I may, what exactly are you trying to across then? (By the way, are you a him or her? >_>)

A healthy argument is good, as it provokes an intelligent conversation, especially when you raise good points. Admitedly this may seem over philosophical , but hey. And CRAZY4MUSICandPURPLE , we all do, thats why we're here. But relevent point :-D

i just see this argument as pointless.

my own personal op.
but, it's just annoying tbh. for me anyway.
i get it, your defense for Ronnie, and call me stubborn but i still don't think that comparing the two is valid. it's an extreme comparison. your comapring one man and all his bullshit that nearly destroyed the band, to another man who quite possibly helped save all their careers. putting those two on the table and considering everything that BOTH have said or done, Ronnie still beats out Craig in the shithead dept.

a few of us on this forum have been following what has been said and done from both sides. i defend Craig and his outburst [though it was wrong and POSSIBLY a lie] because it all boils down to:

"what would you have done?"

kept quiet? continue to take on other peoples bullshit who cant seem to accept that etf is what is? walked off stage? ignore the idiot?

Craig had ignored TONS of crap that fans of Ronnie were messaging him and commenting on his myspace. he kept it together for so long that i don't blame him for reaching his boiling point and spewing word vomit.

that and, Ronnie shit talked for ages without provocation.

I don't like this thread. Why does everyone have to put shit on Ronnie? Yeah he did heaps of shit, made alot of bad choices, but hey I bet craig has too. Max & Craig still go out & party all the time, & do drugs & shit. Its not fair that Craig gets to be the fucking angel in all of this, while Ronnie & his fans get trodden down.

I totally understand that he lost his shit at that show, he's probably just as sick of these fight as all of us, (Yet we still cause them? Go figure.) but he really didn't have to make up shit about Ronnie or threaten the fan.

And why does it seem that on here, Ronnie fans aren't allowed to like Craig & vice versa? Jeez I thought we'd all progressed past the age of 10.

Oh btw, the reason Ronnie's still in prison is coz he got sentenced to FOUR YEARS. He was eligible for parole on the 15th. Eligible doesn't mean your deffs gonna get it.

It's just that that fan seriously deserved it. Like, to go to a concert just to boo at them is just seriously rude. I hate his whole Craig vs. Ronnie thing just as much as a lot of people. I don't really like it when people bash on Ronnie either. It's just weird, I mean, if they were to replace a guitarist the fans would forget about it totally in a few months and not care and they'd be no competition between the old guitarist and the new one. But if They replace a VOCALIST everyone goes insane like the effing apocalypse has come. The same thing happened with Nightwish when they kicked Tarja out and replaced her with Anette Olzon. It was YEARS ago and fans are still conparing the two.
